Aberfoyle Park Baptist Church. Corner of Manning Road and Lyn Street, Aberfoyle Park.
Activities will be held in the car park surrounding the church building, followed by carols in the grass area adjacent to church building.
Program
6:00 pm – Gates open
7:30 pm – Carols begin, activities close down
9:00 pm – Event ends
What to bring
Chair and or picnic rugs and your singing voice for the Carols. Free battery operated candles will be available on the night.
Access and inclusion
Wheelchair accessible parking will be available on site with a disability parking permit. Entrance from Lyn Street.
Wheelchair accessible toilets will also be available.
Please note the bitumised carpark is on a slight incline.
There will be a ‘Silent Night Cafe’ available for anyone who requires a comfortable quiet space to retreat from the event outside.
Parking
If you’re within walking distance of the event, and are able, please consider walking to the event.
Parking is available in the surrounding streets. Please be considerate of driveways.

Food and Drink
A water refill station provided by SA Water will be available on the night. Bring your own bottle.
There will be a free sausage sizzle, and ice blocks available for everyone on the night, including gluten free options.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks for the Carols, but please make sure any waste and packaging is taken home with you.
The “Silent Night” cafe in the foyer of the church will also offer free coffee/hot drinks.
For anyone who requires a quiet, comfortable space there will be an indoor retreat accessible upstairs via the church foyer.
Families and children
Prams and strollers are welcome.
There will be an indoor retreat accessible upstairs via the church foyer that can be used for feeding. This space is intended to also be a quiet retreat for people who may have sensory overwhelm, please consider this if you have any other children with you.
Pets
Please leave all pets at home. Assistance or service dogs only.

If the weather prevents us from running the event we will let everyone know via our Facebook page or our website on the day. Sign up to our mailing list if you would like to be notified by email.
